How Reverie Interactive collects, uses, and protects information in our games and on this website.

Reverie Interactive LLC ("Reverie Interactive", "we", "us", or "our") makes mobile games, including Chimp Cannon on the Apple App Store and Merge Works: Ball Tycoon on Google Play (together, the "Apps"), and operates this website at reverieinteractive.io (the "Site"). This notice explains what information we collect through the Apps and the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights and choices you have. 1. What information do we collect?

In short: you can play our games without giving us your name, email, or any account details. The Apps automatically collect device information, gameplay events, and advertising identifiers through analytics services so we can run and improve the games and measure our marketing.

Information you give us

Our games do not require an account, sign-in, or profile, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to play. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, and we use that information only to respond.

Information collected automatically in the Apps

What we do not collect

We do not collect your contacts, photos, messages, health data, precise location, or payment details. In-app purchases, where offered, are processed entirely by Apple or Google, and we never see your payment card information.

On the Site

The Site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses in server logs to serve and protect the Site. We use cookieless, aggregate web analytics and the Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How do we use your information?

In short: to run and improve the games, to measure our marketing, and to keep things secure. We do not send marketing emails.

Where the laws of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions apply, we process personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (running the game you asked to play), our legitimate interests (analytics, marketing measurement, and security), your consent where required (for example when iOS asks whether an app may track you, or where personalized advertising requires consent), and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Who do we share your information with?

In short: we do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with the service providers that power our analytics, attribution, and advertising, and when the law requires it.

4. In-game advertising

In short: some of our games show ads. Ad partners process your advertising identifier and IP address to serve and measure those ads, and you can limit personalization in your device settings.

Some of our Apps show in-game ads served by advertising partners such as Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, these partners may process your advertising identifier, IP address, and coarse device information. Depending on your platform settings and, where required, your consent, the ads you see may be personalized or non-personalized. You can limit ad personalization at any time using the device controls described in section 8. Apps that contain no third-party ads may still use the measurement partners in section 3 to attribute installs from our own marketing campaigns.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and the providers above may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or a provider's participation in an approved data transfer framework, and we protect your information in accordance with this notice wherever it is processed.

6. How long do we keep your information?

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, and we then delete or aggregate it. Because our games have no accounts, almost all of the data described above is analytics data held by the providers listed in section 3, which retain it for limited periods under their own published retention schedules. If you ask us to delete your data (section 8), we will also pass your request to the relevant providers.

7. Children's privacy

Our Apps are made for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, please use the Apps only with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email admin@reverieinteractive.io and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your privacy rights and choices

In short: you can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time, and you can email us to access, correct, or delete your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@reverieinteractive.io. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your request, and because we hold so little directly identifying information, we may ask for your device's advertising identifier to locate data held by our analytics providers.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and believe we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you may complain to your local supervisory authority (EEA authorities, UK ICO). In Switzerland, the competent authority is the FDPIC.

9. California residents

California law gives residents specific rights over personal information. The categories we collect are described in section 1: device identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity (gameplay and usage data), and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not sell personal information for money. Providing device identifiers to advertising and measurement partners may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA; you can opt out by emailing admin@reverieinteractive.io and by using the device controls in section 8. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. You also have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

California's "Shine The Light" law (Civil Code Section 1798.83) permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Requests can be sent to the contact address below.

10. Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard we must follow is adopted, we will describe that practice in a revised version of this notice.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting a prominent notice on the Site or in the Apps. Please review this notice periodically.
